With the design and personalized text message ready, you are required to send the whole artwork to the custom embroidery people. This artwork can be sent by an email in a jpeg format. The embroiderers will convert the artwork into a form that is compatible with the thread weaves the embroidery machine is going to use. This process is known as digitizing.
